We use personal information to:

4.2 Identity verification and anti-money laundering

Real estate agencies are reporting entities under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). Before we act for you in certain transactions we are required by law to verify your identity, and in some cases the identity of beneficial owners.

To do this we collect identity documents and may use electronic verification services. We may disclose information to AUSTRAC where required, and we are generally prohibited by law from telling you if we do.

We collect only the identity information we need, hold it securely, and destroy it when we are no longer required to keep it. We provide a separate collection notice at the point we verify your identity.

4.3 Feedback, reviews and testimonials

We may ask for your feedback after we have worked with you, through a form on our website, an online survey or a message. If you tell us we can, we may publish your comments on our website and social media pages, showing your first name and suburb only. We publish your words as you wrote them.

Suggestions you give us privately stay with our directors and are never published. You can ask us to remove a published testimonial at any time by contacting us using the details in section 12.
